Hollywood insiders Variety has revealed that Activision are assigning High Moon Studios to work on a new Transformers video game and Radical Entertainment will be developing the Spider-Man 4 video game.
This summer, Activision is releasing its second Transformers game linked to the new Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen movie. It is being developed by Luxoflux, but Bobby Kotick, CEO of Activision, has already said he wants to make the Transformers games into an annual franchise. Even though Luxoflux is developing this year version, the 2010 non-movie tie-in is being developed by High Moon.
The next Spider-Man video game will also be released on its own without a movie tie-in and will be developed by Radical Entertainment.
